Terapia deportiva para combatir la tensión

¿Quién no siente tensión stress en su día a día?
Sea como sea, la capacidad de un ser humano es superada en multitud de ocasiones por la gran cantidad de labores que debe atender en su día a día.
La vida pasa y pocos paran a pensar en el ahora, en la importancia de vivir, en parar y apreciar, en observar y disfrutar.

Hoy desde WPt te queremos recomendar ejercicios que van a liberarte de tanto stress y van a regalarte más felicidad y sonrisas.
Hablando con la Dr.Lafau, experto en psiquiatría del hospital de Son Espases (Illes Balears), nos damos cuenta de la gran importancia que tiene el ejercicio físico a la hora de mantener la salud mental.
Una vida lejana al stress, cercana a las sonrisas y la tranquilidad es la soñada por todos nosotros, ¿no es así?
Hoy en día el ejercicio es recetado como terapia para combatir las penas y las tristezas en cuadros depresivos, pero no sólo en esos casos. También se recomienda como medida de liberación de ira, dolor emocional, rabia, etc.
Practicar el deporte idóneo, va a ayudarte a vaciar la mente de problemas, pero no sólo eso. Moverte accionará la bomba de sensaciones y sentimientos desbloqueará tu cuerpo, liberándolo y haciéndote sentir mejor.
Me gusta el concepto “des- ansiedad” para describir aquellos ejercicios que, a través de su realización, aportan un descanso (aunque sea momentáneo) a la mente gracias a la descarga de la adrenalina.
Está demostrado que el ejercicio segrega además endocrinas y oxitocina, sustancias que bloquean los sentimientos de ira y la rabia, aportando tranquilidad y relax. De hecho, no desahogarse y retener todo este cúmulo de pesadez emocional y negatividad es malo y puede ser somatizado en algún tipo de enfermedad. Si os interesa este tema no os perdáis lo que es la biodescodificación.
“Lo que no sacamos de nuestro interior se nos acumula en el cuerpo, se convierte en stress, insomnio, en nudos en la garganta, en nostalgia, en error, en duda, en tristeza. Lo que no sacamos no se muere pero nos mata por dentro”

Muchas personas acumulan esta ira como si de una olla express se tratara, lo que hace que tarde o temprano explote y no precisamente para bien, Todo es cuestión de tiempo. Es por esto y por todo lo expuesto anteriormente queremos recomendar aquellos ejercicios que mejor eliminan las tensiones, la ira, la ansiedad y malas energías.
¿Y si te dijera que antes de explotar existe una vía de escape mejor?
Los primero que tienes que tener en cuenta es lo qué tu cuerpo necesita… ¿Relajación o machaque? Muchas veces la combinación de ambos puede resultar excelente para el objetivo a lograr, que en este caso es sacar el cúmulo negativo energético.

Una curiosidad: Me gustaría haceros saber que existe una “Terapia liberadora de stress” que trata de gritar. Si lo piensas, pues tiene sentido… Gritar libera de nuestro cuerpo una gran cantidad de adrenalina y eso nos hace sentir genial.
Me consta que son varios los tenistas de élite que llevan a cabo la terapia del grito, pues ella les hace centrarse y no dejarse llevar por tensiones o emociones… Sosegado/a se piensa mucho mejor y se controlan los impulsos que, en muchas ocasiones, pueden hacer precipitarse a un deportista haciendo que la estrategia de juego se caiga.
Lo mismo se puede aplicar de manera paralela a nuestra vida, a nuestro día a día, sosegadas, pesamos mejor y estamos en paz.
Cuáles son las características de estos ejercicios anti- ira, stress, negatividad, “mala hostia”:
Los ejercicios explosivos.
Ejercicios que requieren golpear.
Trabajos de fuerza, velocidad… es decir, de potencia.
Ejercicios de juego (partidos)
Ejercicios de baile.
Ejercicios de golpeo, como por ejemplo, el boxeo.
etc.
Ojo, porque aunque liberan mucho son lesivos y los hemos de llevar a cabo con una técnica correcta y habiendo calentado bien.
Los ejercicios de este tipo promueven la calma, reducen el malestar, mejoran el estado de humor, reducen la presuón arterial, mejoran el sistema inmunitario, retrasan el envejecimiento, etc.
Según el Dr. Lafau, todo consiste en una transmisión de energías, al contactar con el objeto o el material con el que te trabaja se libera la negatividad y se transmite eliminándola de nuestro cuerpo.
Buenos ejercicios que sin duda nos van a salvar a más de una de un ataque de nervios o de ansiedad.
